Q: How are your bands different from other online retailers?

A: We strive to provide the most high quality products! Our bands are highly durable and offer a pattern that will not fade or dull. As of September 2020, each silicone band is embossed with the Fancy Bands logo so you can ensure you are receiving a high quality product. This is why we offer a lifetime guarantee on our bands. 


Q: Do you offer wholesale?

A: We are exclusively online retail. Unfortunately we do not offer wholesale.


Q: How long does it take to get my band?

A: We ship Monday-Friday, using USPS 2-6 day shipping within the US, from outside Austin, Texas, so most US addresses should receive their order within 3-7 business days.

Q: My band says it has been shipped but tracking hasn't updated. Where is it?

A: On rare occasions, shipping can be delayed. If you experience an unusually long delivery time, please reach out to your local post office. If the package is deemed lost or they are unable to locate it, email our Customer Service Support Specialist.


Q: What should I do if I need to return or exchange a band?

A: We will allow returns/exchanges on any purchase within 30 Days. No questions asked. Fancy Bands has two refund options to choose from. 

A few things to note:

  • **Holiday extended return window: Orders placed November 1st thru December 24th 2021 will have until January 31st 2022 to return for refund or exchange**
  • Original Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
  • For exchanges and store credit we provide a free shipping label.
  • For returns to original payment method, there is a small shipping fee of $5.99.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • We reserve the right to adjust returns if original items are not received in new condition.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for a return to be processed
  • You will receive an email from us when the return or exchange is processed.

Defective: If your band is defective, please email our Customer Service Support Specialist. They will be happy to assist you!


Q: Have you received my return?

A: You will receive an email notification when your item has been received and the refund or exchange will be processed at that time.


Q:How much are shipping costs?

A:Within the US, shipping prices are $2.99 for First Class, and $7.98 for Priority. Orders over $35 are free shipping!


Q: Do your bands fit all apple watches?

A: All of our bands fit every series of Apple Watch, including the new Series 7. Our silicone bands come in small/medium and medium/large lengths. 

Q: How do I know what size my apple watch/ Samsung watch is?

A: On the back of the watch face, there is the size as in the picture below. For Samsung, if you turn your watch upside down the size will be listed underneath or on the band itself :D


Q: Do your bands fit all Samsung watches?

A: Yes! Here's our Compatibility: Compatible with Galaxy Watch 42mm (20mm), Galaxy Watch 3 41mm (20mm), Galaxy Watch Active/Active 2 (20mm), Gear S4 42mm/Sport (20mm), Galaxy Watch 46mm (22mm), Galaxy Watch 3 45mm (22mm), Gear S4 46mm (22mm), Gear S3 (22mm) Galaxy Watch 4 (20mm) Galaxy Watch 4 Classic (20mm)

  • Sizes Available: 20mm,22mm ( S)  Fits 5.5"-6.7" Wrist.  20mm,22mm (L) Fits 6.3"-8.1" Wrist.


Q: Do your bands fit all Fitbit watches?

A: At this time, we only carry Fitbit Versa 1 & 2 watches. Heres the Sizes Available: Versa 1/2 (S) 5.5"-6.7" Wrist Versa 1/2 (L) 6.3"-8.1" Wrist.

Changing Out Bands:

Q: How do I change out my current bands for my new Fancy Band?

A: On the underside of your Apple Watch will be two silver buttons. Hold a button down as you gently slide your old band out of the channel. Repeat on the other side. To install your new bands, simply slip the flat part of the band into the channel. Prepare to be Fancy!

A: We currently only have bands for Apple Watches, Samsung Watches and the FitBit Versa 1 and 2! 😊

Q: What should I do if the pattern/size I want is out of stock?

A: On the right hand side of the band page, there will be a red tab that says "email me when available" click there and enter your email address and as soon as band is restocked you will be notified!
