International Shipping Policy

Turnaround:

All international orders are shipped within 24 hours from Monday to Friday. Delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from 7-21 business days.

Shipping Carriers:

We use DHL for international shipping. All orders are shipped from Texas, USA. Please note that all delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed by the carrier.

Order Tracking:

All orders will be provided with tracking information. We will update your order with the tracking information as soon as it ships.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates for international orders are based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

Duties and taxes are calculated and collected at the time of checkout. These fees are mandatory, non-refundable, and will be paid upfront. This ensures faster clearance and delivery of your items without additional charges upon arrival.

Incorrect Address/Return to Sender:

If an order is returned because the shipper could not deliver to the address you provided, or if you refuse delivery and the products are returned to us, we will issue a refund when we receive the return. Any shipping charges (to and from) and applicable taxes & fees (that we have to pay to receive the return) will be deducted from your refund.

Tracking Says Order Was Delivered, But I Have Not Received It?

The "delivered date" in the tracking system might not reflect the actual delivery date. Please allow 1-2 extra business days after the "delivered date" to receive the package.
