Shipping policy
📦 Fast Turnaround: We ship orders quickly! Most placed before 3:30 PM CST go out the same day, but to guarantee same-day shipping please order by 2:30 PM CST (Mon–Fri). Orders placed after cutoff ship the next business day.
✅ Shop Promise (U.S.): On eligible items and addresses, you’ll see a Shop Promise badge with an expected delivery date on product pages and at checkout. This indicates Shopify has verified delivery in five (5) calendar days or less for that order. If shown, the Shop Promise date takes precedence over our general estimates below. (Eligibility varies by destination, items in cart, and carrier performance. Administered by Shopify.)
⏱ Missed Shop Promise date? If your order showed a Shop Promise delivery date and it wasn’t delivered on time, you can start a claim right from the Shop app (Orders → select your order → tap the Shop Promise banner → Claim your $). If you don’t use the app, you can also report an issue via a web form. Eligible Shop Promise claims are handled by Shopify (not Fancy Bands) and are typically paid out in Shop Cash (e.g., $5 for qualifying Shop Pay orders).
🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping:
- Carriers: USPS & UPS Ground (no weekend or holiday pickups)
- General Delivery Estimates: 2–8 business days (estimates, not guaranteed). If a Shop Promise date is shown at checkout, that date applies for that order.
- Rates: Free shipping on orders $50+ 🎉 / $5.99 flat rate for orders under $50
- Expedited Shipping: $9.99 flat rate (2–3 business days, U.S. only)
🌍 International Shipping:
- Carriers: DHL & UPS
- Delivery Time: 7–30 business days (varies by destination)
- Rates: Calculated by weight & destination at checkout
- Customs & Duties: Collected upfront at checkout — non-refundable
📲 Tracking: Every order includes a tracking number emailed once your package ships.
🏠 Address Issues (Return to Sender): If a package is undeliverable or refused, we’ll refund your order minus shipping costs and any fees we incur.
🚚 Delivery Issues: If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, USPS may have scanned it at your local post office before final delivery. Please allow 1–2 extra business days after the “delivered” date.
🛡️ Package Insurance: Every order is insured. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at Customer-Support@FancyBands.net so we can help file a claim and resolve the issue quickly.
ℹ️ Notes on Shop Promise: The badge appears only on eligible U.S. deliveries estimated at ≤5 calendar days based on Shopify’s predictions using your destination and our fulfillment/transit performance. If your cart includes ineligible items or destinations, the badge might not appear. The Shop Promise program and guarantee are provided by Shopify and may change at any time.
