International Return & Exchange Policy

Change Your Mind? Not the Right Size or Style? No Problem!

For our international customers, as long as the item is unworn, we offer returns and exchanges with the following details:

  • Returns and Exchanges: You can return items for an exchange, store credit, or a refund to the original form of payment. However, all returns and exchanges require payment for the cost of return shipping, which will be deducted from your refund or paid upfront for exchanges. Please note that the cost of return shipping can sometimes exceed the value of the merchandise, particularly for international returns.

Policy Details:

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted only if the item is brand new and in unworn condition.
  • Please return and exchange items in their original packaging.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. We reserve the right to adjust returns if original items are not received in new condition.
  • You can obtain a return shipping label through our returns platform.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for a return or exchange to be processed once it arrives at our facility. You will receive an email notification when your return or exchange is processed.

Please Note:

  • We do NOT refund the original shipping charge.
  • Orders received without return authorization will receive store credit, provided that the order was sent back within 30 days.
