If your case says "42 mm":
- Series 10, 11 & 12 (2024โ2026): choose the Small connector family (38/40/41/42).
- Series 1โ3 (2015โ2017): choose the Large connector family (42/44/45/46/49).
S/M and M/L wrist sizing applies to silicone & nylon bands. Steel, link, and Milanese bands are one-size with adjustable links โ just pick the right connector family above.

How to Measure Your Wrist

Wrap a flexible tape measure (or a strip of paper) around your wrist where you normally wear your watch.

Note the measurement. If using paper, mark where it overlaps, then lay it flat against a ruler.

Match to your band size: Under 7.1โ (180mm) โ S/M. Over 6.3โ (160mm) โ M/L. In between? Either works โ S/M for snug, M/L for relaxed.
Tip: Measure at the end of the day when your wrist is slightly larger. This ensures a comfortable fit at all times.
Common questions
Do your bands fit the new Apple Watch Series 12?
Yes. Apple Watch Series 12 comes in 42 mm and 46 mm โ the same case sizes as Series 10 and 11 โ and uses the same band connector. Every Fancy Bands strap fits it. Choose the Small family (38/40/41/42) for the 42 mm Series 12, or the Large family (42/44/45/46/49) for the 46 mm Series 12.
Do your bands fit the new Apple Watch Ultra 4?
Yes. Apple Watch Ultra 4 is 49 mm, the same as Ultra 1, 2 and 3, and uses the Large connector family (42/44/45/46/49). Any band that fits an earlier Ultra fits the Ultra 4.
Do Series 10โ12 bands work with earlier models?
Yesโband compatibility follows the two connector families above. Match your case size to the correct family (Small or Large), regardless of series number.
Does Ultra use a different connector?
No. Ultra (49 mm), including Ultra 4, uses the Large connector family.

Can I use a 45mm band on a 44mm Apple Watch?
Yes! 44mm, 45mm, 46mm, and 49mm bands all use the same Large connector family and are fully interchangeable. A band labeled โ45mmโ will fit your 44mm Apple Watch perfectly.
What size Apple Watch band do I need for a woman?
Most womenโs wrists measure between 5.1โ and 6.7โ (130โ170mm), which fits the S/M band size. If youโre between sizes or prefer a looser fit, M/L works too โ and we offer free exchanges if itโs not right.
How do I know if I need S/M or M/L?
